Guess what? Last week, on tues and wed, from 9-5pm, my brother n I diligently went for a camp that we were forced to attend by our parents. The camp's objective is to make us learn about the 'value of money'. At first, I tot I was gonna die of boredom...but in the end, after two whole days of learning about stockmarkets, investing,mutual funds,interest & compounding interest, inflation rates,supply and demand, shares, etc. & we also learned to read the newspaper in just 15 minutes!!!! lol...anyway, here are some facts that i've learnt which is useful :

RM 1.5 million to raise us until we're 22...time 4 uni adi then...
1. There are 2 powerful forces controlling the business world, namely supply and demand.
2. McD has over 22 000 branches all over the world!!!
3. The inflation rate in Msia is 3.8%!!!!

IS getting
poorer everyday...:(
5. Life is a football game...u oni can be a part of it for 90 minutes...1minute=1year
6. It only matters when u lose the game @ d 55th minute...ur retiring age.
7. If u want u work @ McD's(example oni) just to get their
5 bux per hour salary, then thats being reali
stupid bcos ur time(per hour) is not worth the 5 bux!!!! but if u genuinely wanna gain experience wth layan-ing customers, then its a good idea.
8. If someone wants to buy the right to use a brandname like
Coke, they'll have to pay the Coke company
60 bil USD!!!!! thats called brand equity...=)

Reaffirmation is the most expensive feeling in the human body!

All in all, it was a good course. Made 2 new friends, Jasmine Tan....who is a nail art person(she has dam nice nails) and Aqilah....thx u guys 4 coming...btw, r y'all going 4 d 2nd one?
