Denise
She’s blur, girlie, friendly, has one of the loudest laughs you’ll ever hear and gets excited about all things Western. She loves children and is a huge movie buff, among other things. She can’t wait to meet Hollywood celebrities (Blake Lively, Emily Browning, Chace Crawford & Jennifer Gardner are her absolute favourites) and is a big procrastinator. She dislikes foul-mouthed and immature people and doesn't believe that she's a shopaholic...currently rummaging around for sundresses,flip-flops,bags,leather ballet flats. She likes guys who looks & dresses like Chace Crawford, not Robert Pattinson, and would like to meet a nice, funny & smart surfer guy on the beach XP

Name: Denise (pronounced The Niece) :)

D.O.B: 27/09/91

Star sign: Libra

Place of birth: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Five words that describe you best: Warm, sometimes craaazy & totally random, stubborn, caring, and sensitive.

Fave food: Oooh! chinese,western & indian :)

Fave band/popstars: OK - it's either people/bands who make me cry, or make me wanna bop my head. So, Carrie Underwood the great, Taylor Swift, Bellefire, Celine Dion, Beyonce, Josh Groban, Pink, Pussycat Dolls & Click Five.

Most embarrassing moment so far…: In the Nichii store, I couldn't get outta a dress I tried on...had to ask Mich for help -.- *blushes*

Most exciting thing about being Denise: Having awesomely random family & friends who never fail to annoy/inspire me to do the silliest things!!!

Favourite Saturday night out: Going downtown to explore new cuisines while cracking up in the car. My family's only started this practice last week, hope it continues!!!!

Favourite Saturday night in: Sleepover at my/friend's house, watching Gossip Girl/good horror movie & later talking till dawn :D

Complete this sentence in no more than twenty words. I am the down-to-earth/serious one of my family because…though you can't comprehend it, that's how I'm enjoying my life :P

Favourite five items in my wardrobe: My black EX Unlimited straight-cut pants, my grey JUICY COUTURE hoodie, my blue tube dress and my nude courtroom 2.5 inch heels.

My worst fashion disaster was…: During CNY early this year, I went to my aunt's house for a sleepover with the cousins in my Mickey Mouse PJ's, not knowing that we would be taking a family photo!!!!

Fave movie: The Notebook, The Uninvited, How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days, What Happens In Vegas, Hancock.

Fave book: The Notebook & Message In A Bottle - Nicholas Sparks, My Best Friend's Girl - Dorothy Koomson.

I am unique and special because: Even my full name doesn't have a single letter 'a' :P

Where will I be in five years time….: Hopefully doing my Master's in Child Psychology?? Gotten my first bf too :P LOL.

My motto: Definitely Celine Dion's Live in KL one on April 13th 2008!!!

Favourite Album: Carrie Underwood - Some Hearts

Favourite Brand (clothing/cosmetics): Padini Authentics, SEED :)

Favourite subject at school: FAVOURITE subject? We're talking about SCHOOL here, there wasn't a FAVOURITE anything!! But if you must know, then "Home time" would have to be my answer! But now that I'm in college, it's definitely Families!!!!! :)

Favourite day of the week: Saturday, only day where I can sleep in :P

Favourite song: Pokerface - Lady Gaga, Learning To Fall - Boys Like Girls & Dare You To Move - Switchfoot

Favourite TV show: Gossip Girl!!!!!! :D 90210, American Idol, CSI, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Keeping Up With The Kardashians :P
Secret Crush: It wouldn't be secret if I told you... but...Josh Hartnett, Tom Welling, Channing Tatum and Chace Crawford!!! Mm Mm Mmm!! LOL.
Must have fashion accessory:

Biggest fear: Being the odd one out in a new surrounding, heights, physical pain, and going down for breakfast/lunch/tea/dinner, only to find there's no food in the fridge!!!!!!! Hahahaha.

Favourite thing to do/wish I could do with friends: Roadtrip to another state in Msia (when all of us can drive, so that everyone can have a turn driving) or Sunday morning coffee in Starbucks!! Do you play any musical instruments?: I wanna learn how to play the acoustic guitar :P

How would you spend the perfect Saturday?: Waking up in a fancy hotel in Beverly Hills, hitting the malls to experience what it feels like to REALLY shop till I drop, lounging by the pool with family & friends, eating at a fine-dining posh restaurant...well, you did ask!!!

This is not a tag, but to anyone who wants to do it, have fun with it yeah, I know I did :D

Is this what it feels like to ber-emo/ get emotional over stupid things? If it is, then take it away, I rather be naive and live in my own world where I don't know what being emo is....up till now. I don't know how it started, much less when it'll end. I've hurt some people whom I cherish in the 'emo' experience as well, and I'm sorry. Its not ur fault, I should be held accountable for my own actions. Yes, I am over-sensitive/terasa now, but somehow its not because of the words used, or any other thing. Its just me, okay? >.< Its just a bad day for me, thats all. I am usually sensitive, not OVER-sensitive....its so irritating feeling that way now! Ishh....-.-

& I hate being over-analysed!!! Yes, I'm no saint, so yeah, I'm guilty of doing it too but I know that I myself hate it so i've gotta stop doing it & blowing stuff outta proportion...situations just gets so ugh, messed up. Sometimes, being too sarcastic is NOT funny.

I am such a worrier -.- people-pleaser too -.- ugh! Perasan pot too at times, swt! Lol. I realise that I stumble over the same mistakes, again and again. I'm really gonna try to just shut up, sit back and let whatever happens, happens, in a situation like this. Hopefully I'll learn from my mistake this time, I don't want to keep falling into the same hole anymore, its tiring.

Ok, i'm done wallowing in self-pity. THE END.

haha, my tummy I know. Lol.
mum's the camerawoman.

haha, at delicious.

kenneth wong ken wai, the brother.

Ze orange-fied underdressed brother-rino!

me, sitting on dried hay in delicious ingredients :)

Just came home from dinner at delicious, kuala lumpur branch in jalan tun razak. they sell ingredients, kitchen utensils & magazines too :) it was good, wish u were there :P Pork ribs curry rocks btw!
Next weekend, Dad suggested we have dinner at either Hard Rock Cafe or Bombay Palace. Both sounds goooooood & mouth-watering :) Souled Out seems good too, will suggest it to Dad.
Btw, Dad encourages me to take communication technology (Comm Tech) over World Issues as he feels it'll help me more when I do presentations in college or at work in the future. But Kiran says she feels World Issues is more my scene as I wanna do child psychology in the future, World Issues is another branch of social science. & lols, hooray for me, if I really do take World Issues, I would have completed all three courses under the social sciences already. The third subject is msian studies + moral -.-
I really am more interested in World Issues lahhh. Those who know me well, have seen my artistic ability and therefore know I am nowhere near as interested in arts, web-design,animation,making videos, photography, etc. It might do as a past time one day, but not something that i'll get graded for. Uh-uh. Kiran knows me well, its so not my thing, its gonna be "pure torture" for me, as she puts it. Its like forcing a carnivore to become a herbivore overnight -.- but dad has issues with me doing World Issues as he says its very similar to msian studies and also he feels it won't be helpful to me in the future, other than just for general knowledge. To make it a win-win situation, I offered to take up all four subs for the first week of the second semester to see how it goes. By the 2nd week, I'm gonna drop the subject I feel is of minor importance to me....only between Comm Tech & World Issues lahh. I'm definitely taking Business Management Fundamentals and the sleep-inducing Malaysian Studies already. I rather have R.M compared to J.C anytime!!!! She has major issues -.-
I have my 4th driving lesson tomorrow at 6pm, am nervous and not looking forward to it as I haven't practiced much. Mr. Ng(instructor) never raises his voice but I can see that his pissed & frustrated. *sighs* Its gonna be a loooong day....
Gotta sleep, nites people!

Siew Mei darlin', my first close friend in Math class :) taken before we did our sucky Math presentation just now. We met and bonded ironically over the never-ending Math project-cum presentation in Jan this year. She's from Tawau, Sabah hehe.

L-R: Michelle Kong(Msian), Aylin(Persian-speaking Iranian), me & Tebby(Botswana-ian), my sweet Math classmates...Tebby was having a huge laugh as she had done her presentation for MDM(math) yesterday already and was complaining that she looked too formal, when she saw Aylin, Siew Mei & I she burst out laughing..lol...i was in 2.5 in light brown courtroom heels summore..lol. The presentation was a disaster because of a certain someone -.- Tebby, we shall take more pictures tomorrow, kay? I know you love 'em :P

After the buffet dinner, though we were stuffed, we headed to Evie's place to scarf down gran's BD cake. Lol it was good.
Wanna say a big thank Q to my dad, who helped me with the powerpoint math presenation's slides till 1am yesterday night though he had to wake up at the crack of dawn this morn, as he had 2 leave the house by 6.45am to avoid the jam. He gave me a good thrashing though about last minute work, but I appreciated the fact that he didn't scream in his usual manner like he always does, as he has a short temper most of the time, Mich Lim can vouch for that. He gave me those scary eyes that I was telling Mich Lim about though, and I dared not breathe, for fear of setting him off.
Long overdue picture of Japanese buffet dinner outing for Grandma's birthday last month. I'm with my youngest maternal aunt, Aunt Christine btw :P
K, gotta go now,toodles!

Thanks to Evie, finally u get to seee.....

Natalie Fong Sue Lynn :)

The 1.5 year old tyke, who has world's horrible-est moodswings is a sweetheart when she wants to be, and boy can she eat....I think she polished off 8 bite-sized pieces of watermelons during the recent Tan family gathering at my place!!!

She loves being in the company of male kids, pleeeease don't grow up to be a tomboy, m'dear, i'm begging you :P I wanna take you shopping for your prom dress one day. When she's 17, I'll be 33....hopefully I can still give her fashion advice lol. She has the tiniest hands and feet wei and fuuh, one helluva adorable brat....says no to everything before even looking at it. Welll, she's myyy brat, so its okay :) I spoil the lil darling to pieces, can't help it. She loves jumping and twirling until she's dizzy & is a very picky eater....only opens her mouth when someone feeds her only plain rice with soup...what are we going to do with you?....*shakes head*

She loves toy balls but hates soft toys....her first word was "mama" and when she says "tipu", it doesn't mean lies, its Nat's way of saying "tissue" since she just learnt the words "shoe", so she can't pronounce other stuffs correctly yet. U have a long way to go dearie :)

PS: She can't pronounce her name so she says "Na" when anyone asks her what her name is. I'm missing her already, she's the first toddler that allowed me to hold her hand in a long time, thank you sweetheart for granting me that :P btw, she only starts kindy in two years time hehe.

ILY, NA!!!!! <3333

5 reasons why my grandma's cool :

1. She's a huge fan of wrestling, never misses a show and can give you the 411 on it anytime, lol :P

2. She took English classes to speak English with us grandkids who were/are bananas...a handul of us know Hokkien now :P

3. She's a huge TV addict...especially HK dramas on Astro's Wah Lai Toi (channel 311) & those HK gameshows...-.-.....she can tell u that she'll slot u in if u wanna talk 2 her about anything cos she's busy...lol...she plans her life round her show hours :P

4. She's as healthy as a horse for someone going on 75 next year :)...must be due to the freaking heavy suitcase she takes along with her whenever she comes visit...builds muscles right??? XD

5. She often takes us kids side against the parents, and her grunts about how she doesn't wanna go out but she'll just go along anyway for fear of getting scolded is just too cute :P

ILY Ah Por!!!!!!! <33
