Exams are officially over as of yesterday haha :P
Yesterday, Mich followed me home after school as we were going out to Pyramid for our highly anticipated window shopping spree!!!!! I haven't stepped into Pyramid since after the March exams you know :( depressing eh? Neway, we were supposed 2 leave by 2pm @ the latest, but mum was busy online booking my maid's Hari Raya holiday back to Jakarta, so we ended up leaving @ 3.45 only....boy was I mad!!!!! Mich was ever so calm...lol Mich...:)
We rushed straight to Wendy's in hopes of getting our tummy's filled but to no avail. The queue was atrociously long...there was only one busboy at the one counter.....for God knows what reason, although there were tons of other busboys milling about, no one opened up the other two counters!!!! We ended up eating at Secret Recipe. We both had Kids Meals, lol. We wanted to smuggle in other foods into movie later on so we thought we should eat light. I had the kids-sized burgers w alphabet fries, while Mich had fish n alphabet fries w an
overly priced(RM5!) glass of ice lemon tea. Fyi...most of the fries are nothing like alphabets. My water took freaking long to arrive!!! I mean come on, if I ordered champagne or caviar or a Sex On The Beach, I would understand if it took longer to arrive, but water???!!!!!
We watched
What Happens In Vegas with a cinema full of hooligans. The guy next to me was practically talking to the screen(Malaysian style i guess). The movie was worth the 10 bucks, it was definitely one of the better chick flicks that I have ever watched. Real good & with actors like
Ashton Kutcher &
Cameron Diaz(sizzling with a capital S!), the humor one gets is NOT slapstick. I would love to get the DVD :)
Our window shopping lasted til 8.45pm!!!! Yay :) We entered
Padini Concept Store twice....and and I managed to get Mich to try on heels after the countless times she told me her feet would not go in, especially at the big toe. Next Mich, I'm gonna make u try on dresses & skirts!!! U make a good personal mannequin :) Go buy ur rm30 tee & that red flats lah :P She tried on many many clothes while I just helped her scan & pick out nice ones :) I didn't try on anything as there wasn't really any bajus I liked very much. Haha. We visited
FOS &
Forever 21 and
VOIR too.
COLIN's has many long sleeved tees but rm80 was waaaay over my budget!!!
Came back watched Idol...I love Cook but I felt that on the basis of song choice, especially on the finale show, Archuleta should have won, hands down!!!
Carrie Underwood is stil my favourite American Idol, and she is one person I look up to bsides my mum :)
My dearest favourite cousins & aunt Angie from Penang, the Chens are coming down tomorrow till Wednesday. Can't wait to go on our traditional cousins only shopping spree without parents!!! Prolly my bro will be the only guy tagging along & carrying our bags...haha!!! Can't wait till tomorrow evening, as usual we'll stay up late, catching up or scaring ourselves silly watching horror movies. The elder cous of the two goons, Lyn Wei always seems unfazed by horror movies, she's always the bravest of us lot...but nothing can beat Terence, my cous in Reading University,London who still is the reigning champ of both gore n horror movies!!!! His eyes did not even flinch when we saw Exorcist(Linda Blair version), the scariest horror movie I have ever seen so far. I haven't watched 30 Days of Nights though I've been having it for so long. I saw the first 15 min, & shut the tv immediately. I wanna watch
Freddy Vs Jason tho, scariest n goriest horror movie according to Terence.
I'm going out for lunch now, so bye peeps!
